Lake County NAACP was founded on the idea of ensuring equal opportunity & rights for all people, with special emphasis on underserved and oppressed populations. Since the establishment of the Lake County Ohio Branch of the NAACP in 1963, we have been committed to this mission and have been an essential part of building awareness and bringing about positive changes to our community.
Our team is made up entirely of volunteers. We advocate for those who need our help. Even a little help goes a long way.
That is why we are especially happy to find new volunteers who share our commitment to doing good in the world. Do you want to be a part of building a more just and equitable community? Then do not hesitate to contact us. You are unique and your talents and skills are needed!
